·This series of production lines have extrusion structure
strengthened by different processes and materials,which can meet the requirements of color strip,colorskin and low-smoke halogen-free,nylon sheath co-extrusion.
·With precise extrusion control,the outer diameter error can be controlled to ±0.01mm.
·Optional mobile horizontal extrusion machine or other forms of auxiliary machine to meet diverse technicalrequirements of single injection,double injections andnylon co-extrusion.
·Optional quick color change system,which can change the skin color without stopping the machine,thus reducing the defective rate and improving workefficiency
·According to different process requirements,it can be equipped with computer automatic coiling machine,double-axis automatic change take-up machine,ordinarydouble-axis semi-automatic take-up machine and simplecoiling machine.
·Quality control:Equipped with an outer diameter detection feedback device to control the outer diameterand concentricity of the product.
·Electric control:Imported inverter +PLC touch screen control
