It is equipped with an automatic strip-feeding device and also has the functionof automatically winding and reversing the steel strip. It is automatically controlled by a separate motor and PLC. Thepitch is steplessly adjustable and stable. The tension of the steel strip is servo-controlled and stable. It has an automaticconstant - tension function. It has a function of stopping the machine when the steel strip is used up or broken.When thereis an emergency stop, the winding disc and the steel strip tray have an air - separated braking function, and the brakingforce can be adjusted by adjusting the air pressure. All the processes of winding,reversing and armoring of the steel stripare equipped with safety protection doors and shields to ensure safe production.

The winding bobbin diameter of the armoring machine is 800mm,the maximum outer diameter of the steel strip is 700mm,the maximum winding speed is 1000r/min, the production line speed ranges from 35m/min to 46m/min, the maximumtorque output of the steel strip tension is 28Nm. It is suitable for standard steel strip thicknesses of 0.2mm and 0.5mm,andthe width of the steel strip ranges from 15mm to 30mm.The outer diameter before armoring is less than 30mm.
