The equipment is used for the winding plate of various cables and optical cables
The main bodyis made of high quality hollow rectangular steel pipe and steel plate bending parts welded,and the beam is made of two large precision arbrasive rods,with beautiful overallappearance,good steel and high strength.
The closing frame meets the clamping,relaxation and lifting of PN1000-PN2000mm coil.Ensure the reliable positioning of the coil,which the lifting mechanism can be left and right at the same time,can also be a single liter single drop.Thecoil clamping and relaxation structure is bilateral,can clamp and relax at the same time,can also be moved sepaately,easy to facilitate the coil clamping,and the clamping force can be adjustable,super load automatic protection.Up anddown are protected by photoelecric switch limit.
The main motor of the line is driven by servo motor+K series high precision reducer,and the line adopts servo motor+precision ball screw rod and line,with high accuracy and uniform wiring.
The equipment installation is convenient without excavating the foundation,and only needs the positionng of the expansion bolts.
