Technical Features
·The main shaft maximum rotation speed is 2500 rpm.
·When twsting the wire,the wire tension needs to be
continuously increased when the wireis received fromthe bottom of the bobbin.The machine can automaticallytrack and adjust the take-up tension to ensure thetension of the whole wire is even and uifom,and themachine can adjust the tension without stopping.
· The main engine is oil lubricated and naturally circulated
and cooled,which effectively extends the service life ofthe main shaft bearings.
·The wire-passing system adopts a new structure,and
the wire is directly passed from the main shaft guidewheel to the bow band,so the scratching and jumpingphenomenon caused by failure of the comer guide wheelon the aluminum wheel is subtracted.
·The bearings of the whole machine areall well-known
Japan brands.The bow belt is made of new materialsand has good flexibility.In high-speed operation,itavoids jumping stock caused by vibration.Inverter,PLC,magnetic powder clutch,electromagnetic brake,hydraulic jack etc are all imported famous brands toreduce the failure rate and maintenance costs.
